Terms and Conditions for Orbitron Play Platform

  1. Introduction: Welcome to the Orbitron Play platform. This platform enables users to play, publish, and profit from games. By using or accessing the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
  2. Definition of Terms:
    • The Platform: Refers to Orbitron Play and all services provided through it.
    • The Developer: Refers to the individual or company that develops and publishes games on the platform.
    • The User: Refers to anyone who uses the platform, whether a player, developer, or investor.
    • The Games: Refers to all games published on the Orbitron Play platform.
  3. Creating an Account: To access certain features on the Orbitron Play platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, such as your password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
  4. Rules for Using the Platform: You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are prohibited from:
    • Using the platform in any unlawful or unethical manner.
    • Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any system or content on the platform.
    • Publishing disruptive content or containing viruses or harmful software.
    • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantages.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights: All content on the Orbitron Play platform, including games, logos, designs, and code, is the exclusive property of Orbitron Play or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the content without written permission from us or the rights holder.
  6. Publishing Games and Revenue Sharing:
    • Publishing Games: Developers can publish their games on the platform after they are reviewed and approved by the Orbitron Play team.
    • Revenue Sharing: Revenues from games are split 70% for Orbitron Play and 30% for the developer, and this model may vary based on specific agreements.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Orbitron Play reserves the right to market games on its platform in various ways but does not guarantee promotion for each individual game.
  7. Gem and Profit System for Players: The Orbitron Play platform allows players to earn gems by achieving certain levels in games. These gems can be converted to cash upon meeting specific conditions.
    • Conversion Rate: For every 60 gems, players earn $5.
    • Profit Activation: If a player activates the profit feature through their account settings, the number of ads shown to them will increase.
  8. In-Game Purchases: Some games allow users to purchase digital items (such as weapons or clothing).
    • All in-game purchases are non-refundable, and it is the developer's responsibility to ensure items are delivered after purchase.
    • Orbitron Play is not responsible for any issues that may arise from in-game purchases.
  9. Acceptable Behavior:
    • All users must respect each other and avoid any behavior that offends others.
    • Users may not publish or share any inappropriate or offensive content, including hate speech.
    • Orbitron Play reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if any of these rules are violated.
  10. Advertising Policy:
    • In-Game Ads: Ads may appear within games or during loading. The developer receives 30% of the revenue generated from these ads, while Orbitron Play receives 70%.
    • Sponsored Ads: The platform may include ads from sponsors in certain sections such as Top Sponsors or Top Players.
  11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: Orbitron Play reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on the platform.
    • Once amendments are published, your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
  12. Limitation of Liability:
    • Orbitron Play is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial damages or data loss.
    • The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  13. Account Suspension: Orbitron Play reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of any of these terms or if suspicious activity is detected.
  14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
